11/15/2010 · It actually completely depends on what upgrade level you’re taking it to. using level 4 weapons, going from +4 to +5 has a 90% chance of succeeding, and going from +5 to +6 and +6 to +7 have a 60% chance of succeeding using Suhnbi, while a jlvl 50 whitesmith has a 70% chance of succeeding for +4 to +5 and 50% for +5 to +6 and +6 to +7.
