12/5/2020 · Welcome news for bus users across the region as National Express Bus have announced that there will be no ticket price increases from January 2021, and all fares will remain frozen. There have already been four years of fares cuts and freezes up to now, including keeping the bus company’s biggest-selling product – the after-0930 day ticket – costing the same today as it did in 2013.

The top left menu icon also provides links to useful pages on the NX Bus website, including Service Changes.

Users of the National Express Bus app will have seen a popup stating that the app is to be ‘retired’ from 27th February 2020.
